TCG Network Services is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to become part of a growing sales organization.

The sales “hunter” role will work closely with TCG’s VP of Sales and Marketing Director to prepare and implement a prospect outreach plan. The tech-savvy, sales professional will also engage with TCG’s technical team as necessary to advance the sales process. TCG strives to make every prospect and client interaction a positive experience. Responsibilities include: 

  • Develop and provide IT and cybersecurity solutions to prospects within defined databases.

Summary

TCG Network Services is seeking a Team Lead for Office 365 & Azure Administration and deployment.  We are looking for a long-term employee who will grow with the company and build relationships with our clients. As an Office 365 Systems Engineer & Azure Administration you will plan, design, implement O365 solutions for our clients. You will be a technical subject matter expert on both cloud and on-premise IT systems. In this role, you will assess potential systems and process vulnerabilities to determine security infrastructure requirements, make recommendations, and make changes to enhance systems security. Summary 

TCG Network Services is seeking an experienced Program Director to better protect the critical infrastructure of our valued clients. This position will work to further develop TCG’s compliance program, lead the team focused on designing and executing cybersecurity governance and compliance initiatives, and foster new business opportunities.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and maintaining cybersecurity plans, vulnerability assessment strategies, and security policies that align with organizational cybersecurity initiatives and regulatory compliance
  • Ensuring that TCG’s cybersecurity program has a governance model based on best practices
  • Coordinating with team members to develop new business opportunities
  • Leading client engagements (proposal development, delivery, and execution) while providing guidance to clients about the applicability of security controls to meet business needs
  • Authoring the technical specifications within proposals in order to support cybersecurity projects in multiple commercial markets
  • Overseeing and contributing to the creation of governance standards based on NIST and other frameworks (policies, processes, work plans, templates, etc.) by which cybersecurity programs are managed and measured

Summary 

TCG Network Services is seeking a Telecom and Network Support Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. Qualified applicants are proficient at designing, scheduling, implementing, and providing ongoing operational support for corporate telecommunications, network infrastructure, VoIP, SIPand peripherals.  

Support Engineers work with Project Managers and interface directly with vendors, internal staff, and admin personnel. Because this position requires interaction with business executives to plan and install/upgrade network infrastructure, candidates need to be highly professional, personable, and organized. Attention to detail and thorough testing is mandatory. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Design, implementation, and operational support for platforms such as 3CX, Cisco, Allworx, and AltiGen Communications
  • Configuration and maintenance of Cisco routers, switches and firewalls. Additional knowledge as well with configuring SonicWALL, Meraki and HP network devices 
  • Provisioning and troubleshooting voice services: Hosted PBX, SIP, and analog voice 
  • Investigation and resolution of service interruptions from end-user support to call escalation for critical events and outages

Tier III Engineers address complex, challenging computer infrastructure issues that cannot be handled quickly or efficiently by L1 or L2 staffers. The position requires an analytical mind that can identify problems and recommend solutions. We are seeking a candidate that is extremely well-versed in a variety of technical concepts, platforms, and systems. This position will report to our Natick, MA office location. On occasion, Tier III Engineers may be dispatched on-site to offer clients in-person support.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Managing escalated technical support issues in a live-answer support center
