Summary

TCG Network Services is seeking an IT Field Engineer / Senior Administrator to help round out our team of smart, engaging technicians. Field Engineers work closely with our Help Desk Manager but will also interface with end-users, vendors, and staff. Because we want every client interaction to be wonderful, we’re looking for a professional with the right mix of technical savvy and people skills for this job.

Can you resolve complex and critical issues in a fast-paced environment?

Responsibilities include:

  • VMware support and installation
  • Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange Server administration and management
  • Microsoft Windows desktop OS troubleshooting, administration, and management
  • Troubleshooting for end-user software (such as MS Office, Adobe Product Suite, etc.)

Summary

TCG Network Services is seeking a Team Lead for Office 365 & Azure Administration and deployment.  We are looking for a long-term employee who will grow with the company and build relationships with our clients. As an Office 365 Systems Engineer & Azure Administration you will plan, design, implement O365 solutions for our clients. You will be a technical subject matter expert on both cloud and on-premise IT systems. You will apply functional knowledge and technical expertise in the Microsoft cloud offerings and promote innovative solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Gather and assess business requirements, develop and present solutions, produce design and migrating strategy documents, and provide guidance and knowledge transfer to client
  • Align customer requirements for O365 implementation readiness
  • VMware support and installation
  • Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange Server administration and management
  • Microsoft Windows desktop OS troubleshooting, administration, and management
  • Troubleshooting for end-user software (such as MS Office, Adobe Product Suite, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Microsoft collaboration stack including Office 365, Azure AD Connect, Exchange & SharePoint Online
  • Demonstrable knowledge of migrating best practices and troubleshooting

This role will work closely with our Marketing Director but will also interface with clients, vendors, and other staff. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the sales flow: generating quotes, answering client questions, invoicing, placing/tracking/receiving orders, generating purchase orders, and processing RMAs.
  • Fielding and directing inbound phone calls.
  • Updating sales and service tickets with key information.
  • Participating in inbound and outbound marketing efforts, such as editing written content, collaborating on new campaign ideas, and outreach to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized with an incredible eye for detail. Sales Admins must prioritize, multitask, execute, and escalate issues only when necessary.

Summary

TCG Network Services is seeking a Telecom and Cabling Support Engineer that can design, implement, and provide operational support for corporate telecommunications, network infrastructure, VoIP, and peripherals. Support Engineers work with Project Managers and interface directly with vendors, internal staff, and admin personnel. Because this position requires interaction with business executives to plan and install/upgrade network infrastructure, candidates need to be highly professional, personable, and organized.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design, implementation, and operational support for platforms such as 3CX, Avaya, Allworx, and AltiGen Communications.
  • Investigation and resolution of service interruptions from end-user support to call escalation for critical events and outages.
  • Updating, documenting and improving voice networks, PBX configurations, dialing plans, and associated systems.
  • Working knowledge of/with CLEC and ILEC, T1, PRI, ISDN, SIP services and the ability to implement solutions.
  • Ability to lift, move and install equipment as needed in racks, closets or wall mount applications.
  • Assistance in developing operational procedures for business continuity.
  • Ability to work alone or as a team member.

  • Knowledge of common computers, peripherals, desktop and network operating systems.
  • VMware and Microsoft Windows Server knowledge, support, and installation experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in network infrastructure technologies: routing, switching, cabling, wireless, etc.
  • Familiarity with security technologies: firewalls, patch management, best practices, etc.
  • Experience with CAT6 Cabling, Patch Panel work, Cross Connections. Able to tone and trace cables.
